  1. its not about “cool”, though. you can have the “i don’t care about what the others say or think” without being “cool”. be aloof, from time to time.

    for so long, i worried about what others thought, and it affected my behaviour – i’d feel eyes on me; or at least *think* they were watching me, and i’d be very self-conscious.

    once you get past that, though, you see that their opinion – which is actually all in your head anyway – doesn’t really matter.

    all that matters is what you think of yourself. so, its about being self-confident and not even having to put on an impression of ‘not caring’.

    make sense?

    you don’t “not care”…its just that you see the reality that that “caring” was actually “worrying”, and you can drop the worrying because you know what’s important and what isn’t.

    What’s with everything being all squashed up at the left anyway? (Long time away, but I found my old feeds stored away a couple of days ago!)
